Sharona has been in real estate for 6 years, serving buyers and sellers across Boston’s South Shore and beyond. She specializes in guiding first‑time homebuyers, clients navigating divorce, and those transitioning to a new chapter of life, making each move as clear and supported as possible. She has also taught first‑time homebuying courses, helping clients understand the process with confidence. Sharona goes where her clients need her and is also licensed in Rhode Island to better serve families across state lines.

Jeannette Lynda Blake, MBA, brings a rare combination of real estate expertise, licensed general contracting experience, and more than 30 years of leadership in construction, property improvement, and real estate development. As an entrepreneur and strategic advisor, she helps clients see the full potential of a property—from acquisition and renovation through construction, investment, and long-term development.
As a real estate agent with Women with Vision Realty, Ms. Blake combines market knowledge with hands-on construction expertise, helping clients evaluate properties, renovations, development opportunities, and investments.
She is also President of NARMAN Construction Inc., specializing in residential and commercial construction, renovations, remodeling, property improvements, and construction management.
Ms. Blake is also the founder and leader of Presidio Network Inc., a business and real estate development consulting firm that provides strategic guidance for entrepreneurs, property owners, investors, developers, and organizations pursuing growth and development opportunities.
Ms. Blake has long supported affordable housing and community development. In 1998, she co-founded Woodland Cooperative Construction and Development Company to pursue affordable housing on vacant, city-owned land in Boston. She also helped develop partnerships for a City of Boston affordable housing development team.
Throughout her career, she has advanced housing access, entrepreneurship, construction, real estate development, and community economic development through nonprofit and advisory board service.
Under her leadership, NARMAN Construction Inc. received Pulse of the City customer-service awards for six consecutive years, 2016–2021, as well as BUILD Magazine awards for woman-owned construction management and residential construction projects.
Ms. Blake holds an MBA in Construction Management from Everglades University and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting from Fisher College. She holds Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson and Construction Supervisor licenses.
Through her affiliations with Presidio Network Inc., NARMAN Construction Inc., and Women with Vision Realty, Ms. Blake offers clients a one-stop shop for business consulting, real estate services, construction, renovation, property improvement, investment guidance, and real estate development.
